It's obvious that you knew. Alpha Atrocity is a skin that is unlocked with having Atrocity (Bear Alpha) and the OG badge (BEAR*). This skin appears to be a blue version of Atrocity with a Yellow and Purple Party Hat from Club Penguin, referencing Alpha Bear and, of course, Atrocity.
