Originally from JoJo part 6, Stone Ocean С-Moon is a long-distance Stand, It is the evolution of White Snake and Green Baby merging. It was added in the Christmas update. Defeat Dio until you get his bone (10% chance) and be warned his Timestop can even happen right after the cutscene. It's easier to farm DIO with D4C
