The Cage Climb, also known as the Heki Hari Tsuki, is a modified version of Vega's Flying Barcelona Attack which he can only perform on his own stage that makes its debut in the Street Fighter II series. A Super Combo version of the Cage Climb also exists in Street Fighter Alpha 3, and is simply called the Super Cage Climb.
