When you enter glitchs hell it looks like a sub-normal basement with just some glitches around the rooms, like furniture floating a little bit above the ground, some furniture dissapearing for around a milisecond. But, thats when sanity comes in, monsters can make you lose sanity which changes how the game looks, it makes everything more red, makes everything have the glitch effect, float higher and teleport more frequently. Another visual effect sanity changes are halucinacions, like flickering
