Answer (1 of 7): Traumacore absolutely is okay. It is not an aesthetic, as much as the ‘core’ part of it may make it seem as such. It’s a method of coping used by trauma victims, such as myself. It has never been used to romanticise and make trauma seem like a cute accessory. People that do that
