Level 9 is the 10th level of the Backrooms, and the first level beyond The Main Nine. Level 9, known as "Darkened Suburbs" or "The Suburbs" is an expansive, winding network of paved asphalt roads and residential homes, resembling a modern suburban neighborhood.
