Lis Owens is one of the main characters in the Ice Scream Franchise. She is the sister of Charlie Owens. Just like what happened to her brother in Ice Scream 1 previously, she also became a victim to Rod's kidnapping. She was first introduced in Ice Scream 2. lis was born in 1971, later in her life, she met J and Mike, with then along with her brother Charlie, she formed a Group, she one day saw how chemicals were mixed, shs was amazed by that and studied hard until she became an expert on biolo
