Noobs are a type of enemy in The Streets that imitate the age old depiction of a new player on ROBLOX. The Noob comes in two variants: the classic and the Neon Noob. The classic Noob is a faithful recreation while the Neon Noob is an eye-searing nuclear plant accident.
