4 Tuesdays each month from 5 - 7:30pm
No experience necessary. Ages 12+ welcome!
This four-class series taught by ceramicist Isra Basurto serves as an introduction to wheel-thrown ceramics where teens will learn the important steps of throwing, trimming, and glazing. Each week a different step is taught. Within this 4-week course, students learn how to create functional pottery pieces while exploring their creativity! Projects will be ready to pick up 1-2 weeks after the last class.
All skill levels, beginner to advanced, are welcome.
