For other uses, see Sonic (disambiguation). Sonic the Hedgehog, or known simply as Sonic, is the main protagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and also the eponymous protagonist of Sonic Nexus. Sonic is a blue anthropomorphic hedgehog with green, conjoined eyes, with a pink muzzle, arms, ears and belly, and a long black nose. He has a total of five quills on the back of his head, with an additional pair on his back. He has a short tail. Sonic is usually seen wearing a pair of white gloves
