From the game: Specimen 0 Specimen 0 is a demon that lives in an abandoned hospital. It rose from a hospital bed and started killing or at least attacking humans, and along side it, were two slug-like creatures. Specimen 0 is a spider-like demon with legs and arms sharp enough to stab through a human and strong enough to not dullen while the demon walks.
