The Star Clown, or Buggy, is the fourth boss encountered by the player and spawns at Orange Town. He uses the Bara Bara No Mi and is equipped with various knives. He has 7,000 HP. His respawn time is 10 min. Buggy is surrounded by six of his Clown Pirates. They have 200 HP each and one of them deals 23-24 M1 damage while the others are equipped with Bazookas. His quest's level requirement is 50+. As an user of the Chop-Chop fruit, the Star Clown cannot be harmed by swords, even if coated in Buso
