Time Manipulation (sometimes called Chronokinesis) is the ability to control time itself. Examples include time travel, Precognition, slowing down time, speeding up time, etc. As time and space are connected, many users can also manipulate space. Another use of time manipulation is Time Stop, which is the ability to stop time and move around normally. In stopped time, characters can attack immobile opponents or set up and dodge attacks.
