Why is this position a draw? White is down 6 points of material, yet its a draw. The engine is just shuffling pieces and not developing anything for black for some reason.

Just found out that you can mate Black in three moves. Figured I'd post this here since this is a very common position for black and white pieces. Any guess how?

I had 16 seconds left, when his timer got to '0' it gave us draw by insufficient material. I can't understand why this is a draw and I didn't win on time.
